We are seeking a full time Dentist to work 3 to 4 days per week.

Opportunity

There’s a lot to do in this full time role. You’ll be taking over a full book of wonderfully loyal customers, with the opportunity to build further upon that, bringing along even more customers to the practice’s portfolio and of course, retaining them. Aside from that, you’ll be coming into a very friendly, established and cohesive team who are all exceptional at what they do.

You will play an active part in keeping the cogs turning in the practice and you’ll understand that being a Dentist isn’t an easy role [we completely understand this too!] but you’ll be up for the challenge anyway. You’ll have the comfort in knowing that you have the support & backing of one of the most successful dental groups in the business behind you every step of the way.

You’ll be covering the full range of treatment plans for your patients and you’ll do this with the support and partnership of a seasoned Practice Manager and Lead Dentist – they will help you to make this role a real success.

The practice has a cohesive working environment and promotes exceptional patient care. The practice manager & Lead Dentists lead from the front and mentor and inspire their staff to consistently do better.

About you
You’ll have well-rounded dental skills, excellent communication capabilities [both verbal & non-verbal] and the ability to deliver successful patient outcomes. You’ll be grounded and able to take constructive feedback from experienced clinicians who are happy to share their extensive experience with you. Above all, though, your attitude to patient care will be second to none. You’re a real natural with people, you make everyone feel at ease in the chair, explaining things in a way that makes people comfortable, and you’re the kind of person that patients recommend and rave about!

What about the area?
The practice is in a great spot on a busy main road within walking distance to shops & cafes and very close proximity to the coast.  Mullumbimby itself is in the Byron Shire area of the Northern Rivers region. Its only 20 minutes to Byron Bay, 10 minutes to beaches, 40 minutes to Coolangatta airport.

• You’ll have a current AHPRA registration with no restrictions;
